The Look? Oh, you mean colors and styles and suchlike.

Well, look for the Amy and Patrick wedding to feature such bold colors as Purple and Red. It’s a winter wedding, so will likely have a wintery feel about it.

Eggplant Purple and Rose Red, to be exact.  (Royal colors, one might note.)  With lavender accents.

If you read the colors with a slight southern accent like Julia Roberts in Steel Magnolias when she says, “Blush and Bashful”, then you get an automatic 50 bonus points.  Although Patrick–who is not a Julia Roberts fan (that being one of the very few things we have found that we do not have in common and happily not a deal breaker)–might take away points for that.

More bonus points will be awarded to anyone who can tell us why “What are your colors?” is always one of the first questions people ask when they find out you’re getting married.
